Mercedes, McLaren, Alfa Romeo, Williams and Renault made filming day ahead of the preseason test. And recently Ferrari take part of the fashion of the teams to make filming day before the start of the testing. Kimi Raikkonen drives the SF71-H at the Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya, where the teams will begin the pre-season from tomorrow, having two weeks of penetrating testing and work ahead.

Kimi ‘happy’ with Halo

“The Halo, it looks so different,” Raikkonen was talking at Ferrari’s media demonstration of the new SF71H. “But to be honest we tried it last year a few times and it wasn’t a big difference really. You get used to it and you don’t really notice it.”

“With this car it’s designed into it so it should be a lot better,” said Raikkonen, who is entering his eighth season at Ferrari. It should be less visible even when you’re driving,” he added. “It looks a bit different but then with all the different rule changes over the year cars do look different. But then we get used to it very quickly.”

“It’s what it is, and it’s a safety thing,” he pointed out. “So I think we’re happy to take it.”
