Formula 1 teams have confirmed their driver line ups for the first in-season test of the season at Bahrain this week.
Sixteen regular drivers will be in action during this week’s two-day post-Bahrain Grand Prix test at the Bahrain Intentional circuit, which hosted the third round of the championship last weekend.
Reigning world champions Mercedes will split the test between its current drivers, beginning with Lewis Hamilton today and team-mate Valtteri Bottas on Wednesday.
Red Bull’s Daniel Ricciardo is on duty on Tuesday, with reigning GP2 champion Pierre Gasly driving on day two.
Title leader Sebastian Vettel is staying on in Bahrain following his victory to drive on Wednesday, with reserve driver Antonio Giovinazzi starting the test the day before.
