Ricciardo and Bottas handed grid penalty for Brazilian GP

Red Bull speedy Daniel Ricciardo and Williams driver Valtteri Bottas was handed grid penalty for the Brazilian F1 Grand Prix.

Ricciardo handed a 10 places grid penalty after Red Bull changed the engine in his car for the latest Renault specification, exceeding his allocation for the season.

Bottas acquire a three place grid penalty following breached Article 2.4.4.1, during the Friday practice he overtaking Felipe Nasr’s Sauber while red warning flags were displayed to halt practice. Also the Finn get 2 penalty points — 2 points total for the 12 month period.

Brazilian Grand Prix is the penultimate round of the 2015 F1 championship, with both titles already won by Mercedes and Britain’s Lewis Hamilton.
