Get well messages for Schumacher from F1 drivers and pundits

schumacher-451174Formula 1 Drivers past and present sent get well messages to seven-time F1 world champion. Schumi is currently in a general anaesthetic induced coma, has surgeons working with him “hour by hour”.

Lewis Hamilton tweeted: “Mine & my families prayers & thoughts are with Michael & his family. I wish him a quick recovery. God Bless him. The Hamiltons.”

Button posted: “My thoughts are with Michael Schumacher at this tough time. Michael more than anyone has the strength to pull through this.”

Former Ferrari team-mate Felipe Massa tweeted: “I am praying for my brother.”

Martin Brundle, racing pundit and former F1 driver tweeted: “Come on Michael, give us one of those race stints at pure qualifying pace to win through, like you used to. You can do it.”

Former F1 driver Giancarlo Fisichella also posted: “I know you Michael, you are the man, you are the best you are. This is the most difficult race but I am sure you we will again! (sic)”
