Honda released the first sound clip of its 2015 F1 V6 turbo engine for McLaren

The Japanese automotive manufacturer return to the Formula One as a engine supplier role for McLaren, the Woking based F1 squad to replace current dealer Mercedes for 2015 F1.

Honda has released the first sound of its new V6 turbo F1 engine that will power the McLaren cars from the 2015 F1 season.

Honda described about the video: “Today Honda has released a recording of its new F1 engine, which was recently fired for the first time. The engine is being developed for the 2015 season where Honda will participate under a joint project with McLaren.”
