Rosberg post a request to get back stolen helmet

Nico Rosberg posted a request to get back his stolen helmet in the Mercedes garage at the German Grand Prix.

The post on his website, he requesting that to fans seeks out for any original helmets of his being traded on the internet.

Also he posted a photo from FIA camera from Mercedes garage, team staffs absence in garage, when car under parc ferme conditions. The picture shows that a man take Rosberg’s helmet from a shelf.

“My race helmet got stolen out of the security guarded team´s garage at Nürburgring GP on Sunday at 1.51 am,” the story on Rosberg’s website said.

“Check the FIA picture of the thief. Let us know if any of you see one on eBay or somewhere else. I have never given out an original race helmet. So if you see one then let us know. Thanks!”

Rosberg also put more details of the helmet: “The Schuberth helmet was registered with the Number R-NR 074/02-13. The SNELL-Label is ST 270141. FIA label gold: AH04248. FIA Label white: Nr. 134”
