Drivers turn increase minimum weight for 2014 F1

The total package, so car plus driver, from 2014 to weigh at least 690 pounds but some teams seem to have to meet them. Trouble this means that the lighter drivers have an advantage over the longer and heavier riders, such as Nico Hulkenberg.
