The total package, so car plus driver, from 2014 to weigh at least 690 pounds but some teams seem to have to meet them. Trouble this means that the lighter drivers have an advantage over the longer and heavier riders, such as Nico Hulkenberg.

Nico Hulkenberg says that ” The situation is similar to 2009 when KERS was introduced and mass drivers had to diet I am what I am, I am tall and therefore heavier, but not as heavy as others I . . . do not have it in hand, but perhaps the minimum weight up to . If you are 10-15 pounds lighter, the more honest you are heavily in favor of the weight. I ‘m pretty sure this is discussed in the GPDA. ”

McLaren driver Jenson Button adds: “It’s a big problem How bad is not yet known , but it is anyway cunning Every year we start with ballast weight and as the season progresses , the car is heavier by the updates . . . next season will not be any team with ballast weight to start and then deteriorates during the year only . it is to the detriment of the heavier rider and most cannot go slimming . You have a little meat on your bones and muscle strength need to drive. F1 car I see no reason why we cannot increase. “The minimum weight of ten pounds
