Grosjean quickest in rain interrupted third practice for Australian GP

The first ten more minutes the weather offered hot condition for final practice session, Ferrari duo challenged with medium compound for fastest time. But the Lotus speedy Romain Grosjean set fastest lap-time with medium compound at end of hot condition.

Fernando Alonso took second fastest lap-time ahead of his team-mate Felipe Massa. Force India’s Paul di Resta set fourth fastest.

Lotus Kimi Raikkonen managed fifth quickest fastest ahead of Toro Rosso’s duo Daniel Ricciardo and Jean-Eric Vergne. Adrian Sutil on eighth fastest ahead of Sauber guys Nico Hulkenberg and Esteban Gutierrez.

Following the first 14 minutes rain interrupted the session and the final half-our gives wet track condition and the drivers’ complete with wet compound. Other vital things the session ends without any major incident.

Vettel the only man forced out from the session at the end, following the hydraulic issue, the German parked his car on beside with Turn 4. McLaren again disappointed with slow speed. Mercedes guys are just missed out first hot condition, but they made personal best lap with wet compound.
