Red Bull launched 2013 F1 Car RB9



Red Bull Racing launched their 2013 contender the RB9 at its base in Milton Keynes. Last year Red Bull secured third drivers’ and constructors’ championship, also Vettel becoming the youngest triple time world champion following a tight battle with Ferrari’s Fernando Alonso.

F1 design guru Adrian Newey commanded the design of new machine RB9 the car adapted a stepped nose like 2012 RB8, but new challenger dropped cockpit cooling hole, as well as a tightly packaged rear end.

This is the ninth Renault powered machine for Red Bull, since acquire the Jaguar team for the start of the 2005 season.

“It is increasingly difficult because there are no real regulations changes compared to this year and it will be the fifth season since the 2009 rule changes,” Newey told Autosport.

“The field is converging and you can see how competitive it is in the fact that we had eight different winners this year.”
