2012 F1 Driver Salary List, Alonso is the F1 highest-paid driver



Ferrari’s Fernando Alonso is the F1’s top-paid driver; the Spaniard gets €30 million per season, more than €14 million second heights Lewis Hamilton and Jenson Button.

The French magazine Business Book GP 2012, Alonso’s €30 million not built-in his other sponsorship contracts.

McLaren duo Lewis Hamilton and Jenson Button equally gets €16 million per season. Double time world champion Sebastian Vettel only gets €10 million per season.

Seven times world champion Michael Schumacher receives €8 million per annum and he is currently eighth on the salary list.
