Rosberg possibly joins to 2012 Ferrari

Published

on

The German BILD.de reports that, Mercedes driver Nico Rosberg goes into the next season to Ferrari. He now made to the Indian race is no secret that he wondered why his strategy, the slower and he was the team-internal duel against Michael Schumacher (fifth, sixth Rosberg) lost.

Once again the poor performance of Felipe Massa in India again appears on rumors: Rosberg goes into the next season to Ferrari.

Fact: Rosberg also like Massa have contracts with Mercedes and Ferrari until end of 2012. The Silver Arrows Rosberg confirmed for next year but not yet official. BILD.de knows that Rosberg has a clause in his contract that allows him to an early termination under certain circumstances.

Mercedes Motorsport boss Norbert Haug said in an interview with Bild am Sonntag: “The market is open. And we have many drivers who knock at us. But Nico wants us forward and we with him. “

Rosberg to Ferrari and not with Mercedes?

He would then sit in the car quicker at the moment. His problem: In any case, it would be only the number two at Ferrari, because in the two-time world champion Fernando Alonso (Spain), he would not pass.

Even with a change to the 2013 World Champion team Red Bull with Vettel before Rosberg had a clear No. 1 there. At McLaren-Mercedes, the cockpit with Button and Hamilton are tight.

With Rosberg, one of the best riders sitting in a cockpit-trap. He must make a difficult decision: Either he stays in the currently weaker silver arrow with ever-increasing changes in the Schumacher and Ferrari currently stronger – but only as number two.
