We hope Heidfeld will come-back in Singapore – Theuerzeit

Aug. 26 – The German Nick Heidfeld’s management expects he will be back in the cockpit in Singapore GP, Last Wednesday Renault GP declared that third driver Bruno Senna will drives in Belgian GP. At present, the Brazilian is only confirmed for Spa and Monza.

“I am disappointed that the team is allowed to let another driver take Nick’s seat for the next weekends,” said Theuerzeit. “However, I certainly am confident that we will be able to enforce a fair solution for Nick in the further proceedings. We all hope that Nick will be back in the cockpit in Singapore. It is believed the driver change has taken place for ‘purely financial reasons’, with Senna bringing extra sponsorship whereas Heidfeld is receiving a salary. Legal proceedings will begin at the London High Court in September.
