F1 2017 Drivers and Team Standings after Canadian GP



Triple-time F1 world champion Lewis Hamilton cruised to victory for his sixth win in Canada to moved closer to the nearest title challenger Sebastian Vettel at the top of the drivers’ standings. Also Mercedes coming back the top of the constructors’ championship standing leads to eight points.

Force India duo Sergio Perez and Esteban Ocon made fifth and sixth, and secure fourth place in the constructors’ championship ahead of Toro Rosso.

Canadian young F` rookie Lance Stroll answered some of his critics by scoring his first points in F1 for Williams, crossing the line in ninth place to the cheers of a sell-out home crowd.
