Revised race results after penalty

Published

on

Lewis Hamilton led from the front to win his home Grand Prix for the third successive season, Nico Rosberg originally finished second on the podium but the German was handed a 10-second penalty after the race for an illegal radio exchange with his Mercedes team.

With the additional 10s time penalty, the German is now classified third, and with it his championship lead over Hamilton has been cut to one point.
