The Stewards, having received a report from the Race Director, heard from the team representative and 
examined video evidence, have considered the following matter, determine a breach of the regulations 
has been committed by the competitor named below and impose the penalty referred to.

Facts Car 30 was released from the garage when it was not safe to do so.
Offence Breach of Article 23.12 (a) of the FIA Formula One Sporting Regulations
Decision The competitor (Lotus F1 Team) is fined €1,000
Reason The team released car 30 from the garage in an unsafe manner, the Stewards noted that car 22 was released just after the instruction to leave the garage was given, this mitigates the 
penalty.

The Stewards, having received a report from the Technical Delegate (document 8), and having considered the 
following matter, determine a breach of the regulations has been committed by the competitor named below 
and impose the penalty referred to.

Fact An 8th Internal Combustion Engine has been used.
Offence Breach of Article 28.4 (a) of the FIA Formula One Sporting Regulations.
Decision Drop of 10 grid positions (1st 8th element used)
Reason An 8th ICE has been used by car 3. This is a breach of Article 28.4 a) of the FIA
Formula One Sporting Regulations. 

In accordance with Article 28.4 f) a 10 grid position penalty is imposed, as this is the first time an 11th power unit element has been used. The team notified the Technical Delegate of the change of the ICE on the 3rd November, at 18:31.

being displayed.

The Stewards, having received a report from the Race Director, heard from the driver and team representative and examined video evidence, have considered the following matter, determine a breach of the regulations has been committed by the competitor named below and impose the penalty referred to.

Fact Car 77 overtook car 12 between turns 5 and 6 whilst red flags were displayed. Offence Breach of Appendix H, Article 2.4.4.1 of the FIA International Sporting Code. Decision Drop of 3 grid positions – (2 penalty points awarded, 2 points total for the 12 month period)

Reason The driver of car 77 admitted he overtook car 12 under red flags, the Stewards in applying the penalty took into consideration that despite the considerable speed difference between the cars, the driver of car 77 could have avoided overtaking under the red flag.
