Stupid F1 fan run across the track during Practice two

During the Friday second practice session, a man dressed in rather unidentified attire was seen to run across the track from the main grandstand to the pit wall.

He got across the track just a few hundred yards ahead of a Force India and leapt over the pit wall.

Then his abnormal run ended at Ferrari garage and he requested to drive a F1 car, before finally being in custody by circuit security.

Following few times, F1 journalist Ian Parkes tweets that – Police have arrested a Chinese F1 fan who ran across the track along the main straight at the Shanghai International Circuit.

Similar invasions, while uncommon, have happened in the past. An Irish former priest ran onto the track during the 2003 British Grand Prix while a disgruntled Mercedes Benz employee invaded the Hockenheim track during the 2001 German Grand Prix.
