F1 2015 Jerez Testing

2015 Jerez testing: McLaren-Honda ended third day running prematurely

Again bad news for McLaren, unreliability may have ended their day prematurely on track, Fernando Alonso completing 32 laps in morning session.

After making such good progress in the early hours of today testing, 32 laps to be clear-cut, the loss of the final three hours of running is an untimely blow for McLaren.

A loss of cooling water pressure is to blame – it is a long process to fix, so the car will not be back out today.
