Force India and Perez frustrated by Massa’s notes

During the Canadian GP final segment, Sergio Perez, Red Bull duo and Felipe Massa hardly fighting for top position. On Lap 65 Sergio Perez told via team radio: “I have no brakes left!” and also a vital thing, looks as though Perez’s DRS device has failed, he doesn’t open when get many chances for overtake Nico Rosberg.

As it happened in the final lap: When Massa misjudged an attempt to pass Perez and his Williams made a collision into the Mexican’s Force India as their race ends in the first corner. And the huge crash resulted as both guys hit the wall.

Both taken to medical check-up which followed their huge accident, and discharged from hospital without any injury.

Following investigation of the crash, Perez, was given a five-place grid penalty for the Austrian GP on 22 June.

Massa wants more punishment for Perez

“It was dangerous and we could have had a very serious accident, so for me the penalty is not enough,” said Massa.

The Brazilian also added that, “so disappointed”, and the Mexican “needs to learn”.

“It’s not the first time he turned into somebody under braking. He has done this many times, but he didn’t say anything. He just turned and left.” Massa strongly criticised his Force India opponent.

Perez angrily responded the Massa’s manoeuvre

Perez still on his stand and rejects any wrong move and added that he cannot understand Massa’s manoeuvre.

The Mexican said he was following the same line as in previous laps and “just got hit from behind”.

“I watched several replays of the incident and I can’t help but notice how Felipe turns right just before he hits me.

“I can only think he must have changed his mind and wanted to rejoin the racing line. His misjudgement cost us a big amount of points.” Perez added

Frustrated Force India reacted with evidence following Massa’s explanation

Force India published a series of pictures on their twitter with markers to show up the actions of both drivers, saying they were “compelled to reply” to criticism.
