Sergio Perez out from the Monaco GP race

On the first lap of the race, Force India speedy Sergio Perez is in the wall on the exit of Mirabeau after getting tagged by the McLaren of Jenson Button. That causes a blockage, forcing drivers to back off significantly to get round. And its resulted Safety Car interrupted following three laps.

“There’s significant damage to that car. It’s come very late in the corner he’s had that incident. There was a guilty party and it was a McLaren.” David Coulthard, BBC F1 co-commentator said.

Stewards are looking into the contact between Perez and Button that caused the safety car.
