Sebastian Vettel, who will start tomorrow’s Chinese Grand Prix from third on the grid, specially the champ start behind his team-mate Daniel Ricciardo.
The German admits that, the Australian is beating him “fair and square” so far this season. Red Bull is that both their drivers have qualified in the top three for the first time this season.
Following the qualifying session Sebastian Vettel said that Ricciardo is simply “getting the maximum out of the car”.
“This year is very, very different. The cars are different – you cannot compare last year to this year,” Vettel told the media.
“Daniel is doing a very good job. He has not had one good weekend, he has had good weekends [since the start]. He has been able to get the maximum out of the car, and on my side, maybe I am struggling a bit more.
“But if he beats me, he beats me fair and square. That is not to my liking. I know I have to do a little bit better.”
