McLaren, Eric Boullier work closely with Jonathan Neale, head of operations at McLaren, as well as all the management team McLaren Racing. It provides some details on his new position.
“The moral McLaren is a little bit at half mast after the results of last year, but there is a lot of competitiveness,” said Boullier for Sky Sports. “Everyone is eager to return to the top.”
“On the track, I have the role of Team Principal and off, I focus more on the performance of the team. Today, times have changed and it is impossible that one man takes on the role of Team Principal.
I think teams are becoming increasingly large and you need to share responsibilities in the organization in order to get the best. I discussed this and this is what Ron [Dennis] wishes to implement. ”
