Sauber made a Sidepod tweaks for Bahrain pre-season test. Opening test at Jerez the Sauber F1 completed 163 laps without any major troubles.
Following the test, team Principal Monisha Kaltenborn expressed that, they are happy and added that and hits that they reached a good level already.
And Sauber announced that they will bring a fix for their car’s troublesome brake-by-wire system and an extensive aerodynamic update to the second test of the season at Bahrain.
“We plan to have most of the parts on the car for the first test in Bahrain,” said Kaltenborn in the early of this month.
“This includes new front and rear wings, side pod deflectors, as well as several other small elements on the car.”
“A few other parts will follow for the second test in Bahrain.”
