Andrew Murdoch will be Race Engineer for Felipe Massa in 2014

ddr1310my153Williams F1 announced that, Andrew Murdoch will be Race Engineer for newly recruit Felipe Massa in 2014 F1 season. It’s ended many years of cooperation with Rob Smedley and Felipe Massa in Ferrari.

Also Jonathan Eddolls will continue with Valtteri Bottas as Race Engineer role.

Andrew joined Williams in September 2006 as the test team’s data engineer and he was promoted to the race team in mid-’08 to work with Kazuki Nakajima.

In 2010 he worked with Nico Hulkenberg and he’s been Pastor Maldonado’s data engineer ever since the Venezuelan graduated to F1 in 2011. Murdoch appointed as Race Engineer for Pastor Maldonado in 2013 F1 season.
