Chinese Grand Prix pole sitter Lewis Hamilton says that he is unhappy with qualifying pace. Also he added that Saturday morning practice was big improvement comparatively Friday’s P1 and P2.
Hamilton qualified fourth on the grid but he demoted to ninth following Mercedes decided to change his car’s gear box prior to qualifying.
His team-mate Nico Rosberg grabbed pole position from main rival’s Red Bull and Ferrari. Hamilton also expecting that a tough race from ninth place for Bahrain GP.
“The car didn’t feel the same as it did in P3,The guys are looking into the data. P3 was a big improvement. P1 and P2 we had some problems with the car and fixed it overnight.” said Hamilton
“But we got to qualifying and it felt like it did yesterday. Whatever it was, it doesn’t matter. Nico did a great job today. I wasn’t able to match his pace. Tomorrow’s going to be a tough race from ninth place but I’ll do what I can.”
“The rules are the rules. I just have to suck it up and deal with it,” Hamilton added.
