Hamilton on pole position for the Chinese GP

Published

Lewis Hamilton is on pole position for the Chinese Grand Prix. The Brit took his 27th career pole position and his first for Mercedes.

Lewis Hamilton, Kimi Raikkonen and Fernando Alonso as on top three qualifiers for Chinese GP. Both Red Bulls well down the field, Sebastian Vettel will start from ninth on the grid and his team-mate Mark Webber has run out of fuel during the Q2 running.

Nico Rosberg little bit disappointed with fourth position, following he made a small mistake in the final curve. Felipe Massa will start from fifth on the grid beside with Lotus’s Romain Grosjean. The Brazilian fails to out-qualify with his team-mate Fernando Alonso in first time for this season.

Daniel Ricciardo set seventh place alongside with McLaren’s Jenson Button. Sebastian Vettel and Sauber’s Nico Hulkenberg completed the top ten in the race grid.

Again the F1 veteran Mark Webber disappointed following Q2 exit, during the qualifying the Australian is parking his RB9 on the side of the track. Red Bull sent the message to Aussie he has run out of fuel, again bad news for Red Bull.
