Maldonado: I must go on aggressive way in 2013

Williams’ speedy Pastor Maldonado believes that he will keep the aggressive way in 2013 F1 season. Last year Maldonado involved number of incidents with many drivers consequently he credited most penalties receiver of the 2012 F1 season.

The Venezuelan receives 15 penalties, approximately double the mark of the penalty runner-up Sergio Perez. Also he achieved 2012 Spanish Grand Prix top podium from the Pole position.

“When I walk down the hallway in my home and see all I’ve achieved with that style I believe I must go on this way,” Venezuelan told Marca.

“Yes, I’ve had incidents with other drivers, not only now but also in the past. But that has led me to win every series I’ve raced in.”

“We need more speed and innovation in the car, we are improving every year, it will be a better car.”

2012 Maldonado took 15th position in the drivers’ championship with 45 points. In this season he will be partnered with Finnish rookie Valtteri Bottas.
