FIA confirmed one more European race for 2013 F1 calendar



Finally Formula1 governing body FIA confirmed, 20th Grand Prix for 2013 F1 calendar, now 20 races listed for next season.

Major changes in 2013 Formula 1, German Grand Prix lifted forward to July 7 and an additional date listed on July 21 has been reserved for another F1 European event, subject to the approval of the relevant national sporting authorities. FIA confirmed on Wednesday.

F1 boss Bernie Ecclestone joined with Turkey for a meeting of the World Motor Sport Council (WMSC) this week, earlier exactness his intention to bring F1 back to the country.

Also governing body confirmed on Thursday that the planned electric pit lane motors will not be introduced until 2017, having initially been scheduled for the 2014 campaign.
