Perez targeting win world titles in 2013 F1

New McLaren speedy Sergio Perez says that he targeting win world title in 2013 F1 season. Sergio Perez was replaced Lewis Hamilton at McLaren following outstanding performances in this season with Sauber F1 team.

The Mexican officially to joins McLaren in the New Year, Perez believes that he can win race and grab world title with McLaren.

After the new contract announcement, Perez can’t able to finish with a point; he took last point finish at Singapore GP with tenth place. McLaren said during the US Grand Prix weekend that Mexican need more training and they will setup a hard winter with him for next season.

“I think expectations in terms of result, my target is to win titles with them and to win the championship already next year,” Perez said.

“That takes a lot of work during the season so it’s very important to start very well my preparations with them and try to reach their targets.

“This year they have had many reliability issues and if they solved that they would have been fighting for the title.

“So I think it’s realistic what I’m saying and the team is capable of putting together a very strong car. The target has to be always high – it’s the way we have to think and McLaren wants to win every race.”
