Force India seeking Paul di Resta’s team-mate for 2013 F1 season, and they are more focus on talented driver not money.
The Silverstone based squad expecting they will announce new driver line-up in the next couple of weeks.
Force India chief operating officer Otmar Szafnauer’s expressions hint that, di Resta could continue with the team and now looking his team-mate.
“I am a believer that you need someone like that,” Szafnauer told Autosport.
“Not everyone does, and it is a subconscious thing. You think you are driving the best you can, but there is nothing like competition for us humans to really sharpen our focus, attention and skills in all sort of stuff.
“If you have competition you end up driving yourself more. We will announce everything in a couple of weeks, we have a pretty short list of candidates now.” said Szafnauer
Former Force India driver Adrian Sutil, Ex- STR speedy Sebastien Buemi, ex- Williams’s Bruno Senna and ex- Sauber driver Kamui Kobayashi, the majority opportunity to drive 2013 Force India.
Unconfirmed some reports from paddock that Kobayashi linked with Lotus F1 team, the report says that the Japanese speedy could be replacing Romain Grosjean as next season race driver.
