Vettel fastest in first free practice for United States GP

Friday first free practice session ended without any major incident, all drivers struggled with slippery track condition in the beginning of the session.

Sebastian Vettel set fastest lap-time in the final phase of the session; Lewis Hamilton posted second quickest lap-time during middle phase of the session, Championship contender Fernando Alonso done third fastest ahead of Jenson Button and Mark Webber. Vettel posted his best time is more than one seconds ahead of the Hamilton’s best.

Kimi Raikkonen is the first man touch with the brand new The Circuit of the Americas, every one struggled with low temperature and some guys complained over radio track is very slippery.

Sauber’s Kamui Kobayashi set the first flying lap for The Circuit of the Americas with 1:51.228, following he improved the lap-time with 1:48.517, Lotus’s Kimi Raikkonen post second fastest lap, but the all drivers still struggled with poor grip.
