Following an incredible victory at Monza for Italian Grand Prix, Lewis Hamilton hints that he will stay with McLaren, he said after the race McLaren is an incredible team and he really looking forward to the future.

Lewis Hamilton was dominated whole session of the weekend at Italian Grand Prix, and he says that McLaren delivered a great package for his historic Monza victory.

“This is an incredible team, I’ve got a great relationship with them so I’m really looking forward to the future,” Hamilton told Sky Sports.

“The guys have delivered a great package. It’s one race at a time and I’m trying to take this team to the top. I’m trying to help them, as they’re trying to help me, win both championships.”

Last week BBC F1 chief analyst Eddie Jordan reported that Lewis Hamilton ‘set for move to Mercedes from McLaren’. Instantly McLaren rejected the speculation.

McLaren team Principal Martin Whitmarsh believes that he will stay with team, and also they are not worrying about the quick final decision. But he still echoed that Monza victory will make him want to stay at Woking based squad for 2013

“I don’t think it is that important,” Whitmarsh told Autosport, when they are asked about Hamilton’s next year deal settlement. “Predicting the timing of when two get to dance is always dangerous.

“We have proven this weekend that there were reasonable attempts to distract and they have failed, so I don’t think there is any distraction, and we have got to carry on trying to win races. My feeling is that this is a great team for Lewis to stay in, He has got to want to stay here, and we will figure that one out when we’ve had some celebrations.” He added

“I think we are working together well. We are a winning team, he is a winning driver and we are a great driver together.”
