Grosjean expecting top podium comes next race

Lotus duo showed a fantastic race for Hungarian Grand Prix. The French man qualified front row in Budapest Sunday race. He was hold second place in final session of the race but his team-mate Kimi Raikkonen aggressively took second podium place after his final pit-stop of the race.

Grosjean took podium three times in 2012 F1 season, he scored 76 championship points in this season, and he tied with Jenson Button and just a single point behind Nico Rosberg for sixth in the standings.

“It was a fantastic race; we were fighting for the win for almost the whole race. It was a great job by the team and we’re back on the podium, which is what we want – and it’s fantastic to be here with both cars as well. Trying to fight for the win is something special so I hope next time we get this win.” said Grosjean told the media after race.

Grosjean also reveal his disappointment, he claim stuck behind Michael Schumacher and it was cost his a lot of time. With state the compliant over Schumi respect the blue flags.

“It’s a good result for the team, but to be honest I’m a bit disappointed. We had a good battle for the lead with Lewis all through the first two stints, but then I got stuck behind Michael Schumacher who didn’t respect the blue flags at all which cost me a lot of time.” Grosjean told via official team quotes.

“Because of this I lost a place to Kimi, and at the same time a possible chance to fight for the win. It’s very hard to overtake here; every time I came close to someone in front I would lose a bit of front end grip which made it impossible. Still, that’s racing and we’ve take home a lot of points for the Constructors’ championship which is a real positive.”
