FIA indicates no stepped noses in 2013 F1 Cars



Formula 1 governing body’s Charlie Whiting indicates that they are looking for changes in 2012 F1 stepped noses cars and they hints its will be go back to traditional shape (2011 style).

Formula F1 fans across the world have hints they discontent of the 2012 F1 car design, which teams have take in due to technical rule modification. It has been suggested that the FIA’s top F1 official is looking at change the rules to avoid stepped noses being used for the 2013 season and onwards.

Whiting, who is currently Race Director, Safety Delegate, Permanent Starter, and head of the Formula 1 Technical Department told O Estado de S.Paulo newspaper “The FIA is aware of the dissatisfaction of the fans in relation to the appearance of this year’s cars.”

“The question has consequence for the model until next year,” Whiting said.
