The local boy Lewis Hamilton set top quickest lap-time in Friday second practice session for British Grand Prix at Silverstone.
Mostly rain interrupted second practice session and drivers done best time in final half hour. Second practice second-half of the session intermediate tyres permitted by regulations in wet condition.
Red Flag also interrupted in the session due to Bruno Senna crashed into the barriers on the way out of the Becketts complex, and his Williams heavily damage.
Top mileage holder Sauber’s Kamui Kobayashi done second fastest lap-time with 1m56.474s and done 16 laps.
Michael Schumacher set third fastest lap-time ahead of his team mate Nico Rosberg. Sauber’s second man Sergio Perez posted fifth fastest lap ahead of McLaren’s Jenson Button.
Caterham’s Heikki Kovalainen set seventh quickest lap-time ahead of Lotus F1’s Kimi Raikkonen. Force India’s guy Nico Hulkenberg done ninth fastest.
European GP winner Fernando Alonso posted tenth fastest lap-time ahead of local guy Paul di Resta. Mark Webber and Practice one pace setter Romain Grosjean ran not set the lap-time.
