Hamilton says really excited about McLaren’s new upgrades

Lewis Hamilton says that McLaren done some new upgrades, and he added that 2012 McLaren able challenge in high-speed circuits than low-speed circuits.

Last race at Valencia that Red Bull challenge with new upgraded package especially they are developing RB8 rear-end. Sebastian Vettel dominates all session of European Grand Prix.

Recently McLaren reveals that they are aiming a drive of upgrades for the British GP and German GP in a huge progress push that it hopes will get it back to the head of the championship.

“We definitely have some upgrades, so I’m really excited to see how it behaves on the car and if they actually deliver what we think they’re going to deliver,” Hamilton told during the Thursday press conference.

“But I don’t know if it’s as big as what [Red Bull] brought at the last race, who knows. I think our car generally goes a little bit better in the high-speed circuits than it does at low-speed circuits, so fingers crossed it will be a little bit stronger this weekend.”

Unlucky the McLaren speedy retired from European GP at the penultimate lap due to crash with Maldonado, Hamilton says he still keep his approach to racing despite the need for reliable points this season and still challenging for F1 title.

“I haven’t changed anything from the beginning of the season. Everything’s still the same and of course things don’t always go to plan but that’s life. I’m excited now that we have another race, and we have so many races ahead of us that we have still got plenty of opportunity to continue fighting for this championship. That’s what’s so exciting and again that’s what racing is all about.”
