Mercedes GP’s Nico Rosberg set his first Pole position in Formula 1 for Chinese Grand Prix; consequently the Mercedes duo will start from front at Chinese GP tomorrow. McLaren Lewis Hamilton set second top fastest lap, but Hamilton’s gearbox change penalty will drop his McLaren to seventh.
Michael Schumacher makes third fastest lap-time, and Hamilton’s penalty will also help move Sauber F1’s Kamui Kobayashi, he will start from third on the grid, Sauber speedy improvement by set the fourth quickest time.
And other big shocking news Vettel can’t set his fourth successive Shanghai pole, he fail to enter the top ten on the grid for the first time since Brazil 2009.
The Finn Kimi Raikkonen will start from fourth on the grid ahead of McLaren’s Jenson Button, Red Bull Racing’s Mark Webber done seventh fastest but he get advantage Hamilton’s penalty as he will start from sixth on the grid.
Malaysian GP second podium builder Sergio Perez made eighth fastest ahead of Ferrari’s Fernando Alonso and Lotus F1’s Romain Grosjean.
Ferrari’s Felipe Massa once again out listed from top ten but the Brazilian was closer to Alonso’s pace than of late, but will start 12th. The Williams F1 duo shares the seventh row thirteenth and fourteenth on the grid.
The Force India duo not performed well in Shanghai Qualifying, they will start from 8th row of the race grid. The Toro Rosso driver Ricciardo and Verge will start from 17th and 18th on the grid respectively. Caterham start form 10th row, Marussia and HRT respectively 11th and 12th row in the Chinese Grand Prix.
