Seven times world champion Michael Schumacher top fastest in second day testing at Jerez. Michael Schumacher time came early as Red Bull’s Mark Webber and Toro Rosso’s Daniel Ricciardo done second and third respectively. Caterham F1’s Heikki Kovalainen and Michael Schumacher done highest number of laps 139 and 132, correspondingly.
Force India reserve driver Jules Bianchi set fourth fastest lap time with 1:20:221. His team-mate Paul di Resta but manages sixth quickest time on morning session.
Kimi Raikkonen hardly pushes whole session and he was set fifth quickest lap-time with E20. Brand new Lotus team elected to change the steering rack on their new E20.
Ferrari’s Felipe Massa set seventh fastest lap-time with 1:20:454. McLaren’s Jenson Button done eighth fastest lap-time with 01:20.688 and done 85 laps, Button’s position further back, 2.1 seconds off Schumacher’s leading speed.
The Mexican speedy Sergio Perez done ninth quickest lap-time with 01:20.711. Some time Sauber struggled with their own problems. Williams F1’s Pastor Maldonado and Caterham F1’s Heikki Kovalainen finish tenth and eleventh fastest lap-time. Jerez second day lap time completed by Pedro de la Rosa with 64 laps for HRT.
