Raikkonen, Sutil or Heidfeld who will drive 2012 Williams

Sept.18 – This is not official statement, it’s only some suggestion regarding the last week some news surrounded with Williams F1.

Kimi Raikkonen made a trip to Williams’ Oxfordshire factory. The sport10.at and plaza.fi websites said the Williams confirmed the 2007 World Champion was given a trip.

News said Raikkonen trip was for “personal reasons,” but rumor that he might one day come back to F1 has been circulating ever since he left the sport at the end of 2009.

The British F1 team Williams is finding for drivers for next year as replacement for Rubens Barrichello. One man is former world champion Kimi Raikkonen. The other man to drop by was Adrian Sutil Force India driver.

The Force India’s driver experienced man but he is not well-known for his technical abilities, Sutil’s main sponsor in the form of Medion computers. This was bought recently by the Lenovo, but the reform since then seems to recommend a bigger involvement in the sport.

Pastor Maldonado will stay 2012 and he is safe, Maldonado main sponsor PDVSA support with huge money back-up. And its is solid money and now Williams wants solid money for the future safe running.

And the other guy Ex- Renault F1 driver Nick Heidfeld, he was replacing with Bruno Senna ahead of Belgian GP, Renault GP and the veteran German driver have officially parted ways.

Nick Heidfeld has told this week’s Autosport that he does not believe his F1 job is at an end.

“I am more than hopeful I can secure a seat,” he said. “Next year’s cockpits are limited but we are working on it. We already have sponsors interested in joining. But if this becomes the main reason to get a drive, then I can most likely not compete with a huge multi-million dollar backing.”

I am sure that Williams is looking around to make a decision what to do. Or continue with F1 veteran Rubens Barrichello.

“We are talking day by day so we just need to see,” Brazilian veteran Barrichello told The Sun newspaper at Monza. I wish we had done a deal already but it’s taking a little longer. The team is taking everything into account and they know what I can offer,” he added.
